Overview

Novell on-demand training includes three types of courses:

• First Look Courses
  These introductory training offerings cover the fundamentals of installation, basic configuration and new features of a product. This training prepares you to continue on toward other Novell courses and certifications

• Administrator-level Training Courses
  Once you have the product installed and configured, you need to know how to use it productively. Administrator-level training courses teach basic, day-to-day operation of the product.

• Engineer-level Training Courses
  Engineer-level training courses are intermediate to advanced training offerings going beyond the normal day-to-day administration topics. While not as advanced as Advanced Technical Training (ATT), on-demand engineer-level training covers special products and topics not found in larger training venues.
